Standard Labor Rate $75 Trip Fee + $150/Hr (minimum 1 hr)
While properly maintained pools are comfortable environments to enjoy with your friends and families, pool equipment is working in some of the harshest work environments, often working 24/7, outside in the elements. It is inevitable that things are going to fail. Chlorine, Acid, Salt, Calcium, electrolysis, etc. these ALL are very hard on metal and electrical components. Heat, Freezing Cold and UV light break down plastics, and glues, chemicals break down and dry out seals, and make plastics get brittle, etc. Fixing problems isn't always necessarily as simple as "remove and replace." It takes a deep understanding of fluid dynamics as well as understanding how specified equipment is supposed to function not only as an independent unit but also as part of a collective system. Our pool tech's have the deepest understanding and training regarding the largest variety of pool equipment in service today, and how to achieve the best results and the longest lasting, low maintenance system!
We regularly service:
-Pool/Spa Openings/Closings/Winterizations
-Filters (Cartridge, Sand, D.E.) Sand changes $2/lb + cost of new sand
-Pumps (single speed, 2-speed, VSP, VSF, SVRS)
-Heaters (Raypak/Rheem, Pentair, Hayward, Jandy, Sta Rite, Coates) Including Natural Gas, Propane, Electrical, etc.
-Sanitizer systems (in-line and off-line erosion feeders, Cal hypo feeders, liquid chlorine, hydrogen peroxide, Ion systems, UV sanitizer)
-Automation controllers (Pentair Easy touch, Intellitouch, Intellicenter, Intellichem, Levelor Auto Fill, Jandy RS, AquaLink, Hayward OmniHub, AK110, Polaris pool automation, etc.)
-Salt Systems (Pentair, Hayward, Jandy, autopilot, etc.)
- Plumbing - 4074 Pools and Spas uses Schedule 40 PVC hard pipe (or schedule 80 where appropriate) for plumbing of all pool equipment. "Flex" PVC is not rated for swimming pool applications. Also no "hollow core" drain pipe of fittings. All PVC is schedule 40 and rated to exceed pool plumbing application needs.
-Broken/Leaking skimmer replacement
-Light repair/replacement (bulb or LED panel replacement, fixture replacement, seal replacement)
