About Us

 Adam has spent the majority of his life around swimming pools. He grew up with a swimming pool in the back yard where  he first developed his love of the water. He has been working professionally in the pool service industry since 2013, although his first job in the industry was in 2002 at Rainbow Pools and Spas in Fishkill, NY, as a stock associate. In 2008, he moved to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, where he reconnected with his long time friend and mentor Chris Gonzales of Premier Pools. Sort of by accident...Adam started working and learning the trade of pool maintenance and water chemistry management under his old friend. They then began simultaneously working as a pool maintenance and service techs respectively for Oceana Resorts of Myrtle Beach, SC, where Adam proceeded to perfect his cleaning and chemical balancing knowledge, as well as learning to manage automation controls under extreme loads at 85+ bodies of water per day at 9 major resorts along Ocean Blvd such as: The Anderson Resort, Best Western Carolinian, Camelot Hotel, Ocean Breeze, The Patricia Grand Hotel, Bay Watch Resort, Atlantic Breeze, and others, all along with maintaining multiple HOA community pools, as well as residential clients all over the Grand Strand of the Carolinas. During his time at Oceana, Adam took his "Certified Pool Operator (CPO) Exam, and became a certified operator. In 2014, Adam met his next industry mentor, Randy Canfield of Fanta Sea Pools in Socastee, SC. Randy had been in business over 30 years and was a long standing staple of the Grand Strand Pool and Spa community. This was where Adam got his service and diagnostic training, as well as replastering pools/spas, refinishing concrete decks, etc. From plumbing to pump replacement, leak detection to scuba repair, Adam learned it all! In 2016, Adam began expanding beyond his work with Fanta Sea Pools, building his own independent client list and eventually 4074 Pools and Spas LLC was born! In 2017 Adam had the opportunity to make the long sought after decision to move from South Carolina to Denver, Co, where he has transplanted 4074 Pools and Spas and been happily serving Denver and surrounding communities ever since!
